Terrence Campbell

Terrence Campbell (born in 1953) is Tahltan from British Columbia. He belongs to the Wolf Clan. He decided to become an artist when he was only 9 years old, and subsequently studied with various Tahltan/Tlingit artists. Terrence has also taught Native culture at schools as well as mentoring other artists.
In 1982, Terrence, along with two other artists, carved a 30-foot totem pole for the Museum of Northern British Columbia, as well as one given to the people of Hong Kong by then Canadian Prime Minister Brian Mulroney.< He is a highly accomplished jeweler, as well, with a unique and beautiful style. He presently lives in Ganado, Arizona although he also spends time on the Northwest Coast. Some of his jewelry shows a Southwestern influence.
