Stamped Copper and Silver Ring
$145.00
Description
Created by a couple from a Navajo enclave near Albuquerque, this ring is another fabulous example of handsome, inventive work for a modest price.
They specialize in using heavy-gauge copper as the base of their pieces, with beautifully stamped silver for contrast.
The warmly glowing copper is visually relieved by the applied silver band.
The wonderful result is a fire-and-ice look, contrasting burnished copper and textured, but glittering silver.
The meticulously stamped design on the silver resembles an abstraction of a Navajo rug pattern.
The intricacy of the pattern is a beautiful contrast to the smooth, glow of the copper.
Sized for a larger finger, this outstanding band will look marvelous on a man, or a woman.
It cannot be sized down, because of the all-over pattern, but we also have other similar bands in many smaller sizes.
