Primarily noted for his corn maiden figures, the potter has created a novel, display of miniature ollas.
The piece was made just like the big pots and figures, of hand-gathered, local clay.
This was then mixed, coiled, smoothed, fired in the ground, and painted with natural clay colors and wild spinach paint.
A completely unique form, the abstract pottery stand holds three different miniature pots, each one different.
Different, and intriguing, this is truly a personal artistic expression.
