Description
Daughter of the late Ben and Felicita Eustace, and sister to well-known artists Jolene, Lambert, Bernadette, and Christine (as well as Mary Jane, Eileen, and Denise), Linda Eustace was a jeweler, painter, and author.
Sadly, Linda passed away in 2014, but she lives on through her son, Robert Mac Eustace Jones, her siblings, and her beautiful artwork.
This stunning pendant showcases a sterling silver leaf (the leaf is a common motif in Eustace jewelry). The leaf cradles a radiant piece of turquoise (we suspect Kingman, but are not sure for certain), which is set within a shark-tooth bezel.
Two small silver drops adorn the top of the leaf, and there is a third, stamped drop at the bottom.
The bale is cylindrical in shape and accented with a clear, blue dot of turquoise.
The workmanship is elegant and beautiful, the turquoise and silver shine bright. This is a beautiful piece by an artist – from an iconic family – gone too soon.
