A marvelous ring by one of the many, gifted Eustace siblings. Lambert quietly devises beautifully made and finished silver chains, among other jewelry, and is also noted for his equally beautiful and substantial adjustable rings.
The rounded shank is sleek and comfortable, as well as a good heft. On one end is a silver spiral and dot, signifying the river of life, as well as, simply, a river. This too, is rounded, with a three-dimensional look. The other end is a lovely, natural, white opal, with little sparks of blue and green. Set on the horizontal, this graceful oval commands more attention than if placed more conventionally, vertically.
Everything about this unusual ring is graceful; a seamless series of rounded forms. As it is presented, it is a size 6 1/2, but can be adjusted up or down. Best to do this infrequently, even though the band is nicely substantial.
A symphony of icy gleams, this is a decidedly lovely ring, by a noted jeweler, at a very attractive price.
