Jovanna Poblano

Jovanna comes from a prominent artistic family: Her grandfather, Leo Poblano, was famous for both his fetish carvings, and introducing contemporary jewelry styles to Zuni; Her mother is internationally recognized for her contemporary, sculptural jewelry; brother Dylan Poblano, is celebrated for his innovative, cutting edge creations. Moreover, her husband, Daniel Chattin, is a recognized fetish carver who both works on his own and collaborates on some of her necklace designs. With her unsurpassed flair for color and fashion, and his lovely carved corn maidens, they produce unique necklaces.
Her beaded necklaces have a Victorian look, with a central stone held in a setting of tiny crystal beads, surrounded by a fringe of beads ranging from crystals and a variety of stones or shell to 22k gold.
