How To Purchase An Item

TO PURCHASE
To purchase items on our website you may either:

- Telephone the gallery toll free at 1-866-372-1042

- Fill out our guestbook with the artist and item information to verify the item is available. (Please do not submit your credit card number) - and we can contact you - via telephone or email.

LAYAWAY
Our user friendly layaway is available. Terms for layaway: 20% deposit and a regular monthly payment is required. Monthly statements can be sent via email or post office, or none at all. You may phone in your payments, we can automatically deduct a specified amount from your credit card, on a certain day of the month, or you can mail in checks or money orders - whatever works for you. When purchasing, please discuss the length requested for layaway, up to one year. Once a deposit is given for layaway, the return policy below applies.

RETURN POLICY
We will gladly make refunds if the merchandise is returned to us within 7 business days from the date received, in the original condition. Only store credit will be issued for items returned after 7 business days. Under the following conditions: if received from 8-31 days, items will have a 10% restocking fee deducted; 32 days - 6 months will require a 25% restocking fee. No returns or exchanges after 6 months. Original condition only. Items sized or modified are final sales and are not subject to return or exchanges.

SHIPPING
Shipping, handling, and insurance costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. There are no refunds for shipping costs. USPS is our primary shipping method, although UPS or another shipping company can be used if requested. Only the exact amount of shipping, packaging and handling costs are collected, nothing extra. We charge the amount of the item initially, and then charge the shipping cost separately when known. A penny saved is a kachina later!
