Widow of Edward Aguilar, known for his hand-drawn, boxed silver heishi, Mary is a well-respected jewelry maker on her own. Her forte is mixing beads and heishi of different materials in delicate, elegant pieces. Often, she will add some glitter to the stones by intermingling gold or silver beads.
